Laboratory furnace, metal insulation (LHTM/W)

Laboratory furnaces type LHTM / LHTW furnaces are designed for all typical types of heat treatment processes. They are used for high vacuum applications up to 1x10^-6 mbar and very pure atmospheres of hydrogen.

The furnaces are offered with manual operation as standard. Fully automatic control with SIEMENS PLC and WINCC visualization
is available as an option.

• High purity process chamber (LHTM and LHTW)
• Pressure control between 10 1000 mbar for each process gas

• Metal charging racks for the highest temperatures
