POLYBOND Alumina-B exhibits Lewis base properties, which makes the sorbent more retentive towards electron-donors compounds. Furthermore, the surface of Alumina-Bhas a slightly anionic nature through pretreatment with acidic solutions, so it is suitable for retention of neutral and PYBtionic compounds. Strong hydrogen bonding on Alumina-Bis also effective for polar PYBtions.100-300 mesh irregular shape and basic pH ~9.5 (Brockman Act. I)
