SterilAmp II is a compact, selfcontained biological indicator ampoule for monitoring industrial low temperature (115C) steam sterilization of liquids in small containers.The SterilAmp II ampoule contains bacterial spores of Bacillus subtilis and a specially formulated culture medium that turns a dramatic yellow if growth occurs. SterilAmp II provides visual results within 72 hours, without the need for difficult and time consuming laboratory work.
